These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Seven Springs website (sevensprings.club), the Seven Springs membership platform (app.sevensprings.club), and your membership (together, the "Service"). By accessing the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content made available through the Service - including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, photographs, videos, sound, design and software - is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by Swiss and international intellectual property law. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use this content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of our rights.
2. Rules for Website and Platform Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You must not, and must not permit others to:
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- harass, stalk, threaten, defame or abuse any other member, our staff, partners or any third party;
- upload, post or transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, harmful, defamatory or infringing;
- transmit any virus, malware or other harmful code;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
- infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any person;
- use the Service for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by us;
- collect or harvest data about other members;
- engage in any conduct that disrupts the Service or harms the Seven Springs community.
We reserve the right to remove content and to disclose any material as necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a governmental request.
3. Membership and Subscription
3.1 Tiers and pricing. We currently offer two membership tiers, billed monthly or annually
Seven Springs Club — Founding: CHF 55/month or CHF 605/year. Standard (from 1 September 2026): CHF 69/month or CHF 759/year.
Inner Circle — Founding: CHF 119/month or CHF 1,309/year. Standard (from 1 September 2026): CHF 149/month or CHF 1,639/year.
Tier benefits are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
3.2 Founding members
Founding-member pricing is available for a limited number of spots and for a limited founding period. Your founding rate remains locked for as long as your membership continues without interruption, as described at sign-up. If your membership lapses, standard rates apply on rejoining.
3.3 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to become a member.
3.4 Billing
Memberships are paid in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the recurring fee on each renewal date.
3.5 Automatic renewal
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-applicable rate for your tier, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
3.6 Price changes
We may change standard pricing with reasonable advance notice. Locked founding rates are honoured as described in section 3.2.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account (member billing portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you retain access until then. Except where required by mandatory law, fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, it will be honoured in accordance with the applicable law. 5. Username and Password
When you create an account you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Membership is personal to you and may not be shared. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if login credentials are shared or used by anyone other than the registered member.
6. Health and Wellness Disclaimer
The Service provides wellness, longevity and lifestyle-related content, programming, events and access to third-party practitioners and partners for general informational purposes only. We are not holding ourselves out as your doctor, physician, nurse, therapist or any other licensed healthcare provider, and nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Any practitioners or medical services made available through our partners are provided by those partners under their own professional responsibility. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health, dietary or lifestyle decisions. We make no guarantee of any specific result; any outcomes depend on your own circumstances, dedication and effort.
7. Confidentiality of Internet Transmission
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no transmission of information over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We accept no liability for the loss, interception or unauthorised access to any data transmitted to or from the Service that is outside our reasonable control. Information you transmit is not deemed confidential and creates no fiduciary or other obligation on our part beyond those set out in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
8. Personal Information
To use certain features and to purchase a membership you must provide accurate, current and complete information. We process your personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP / revDSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to that processing.
9. Third-Party Content, Partners and Events
The Service may contain links to, and access to offers from, third parties (including our partners and our events provider). These are provided for your convenience and are governed by the relevant third party's own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible or liable for any third-party content, products, services, offers or events, or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of any dealings with them. Membership benefits, partner offers and events are subject to availability and may change.
10. Limited License and Termination
The licence granted to you under these Terms is limited to lawful use of the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit any part of the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without refund if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that is unlawful or harmful to the Company, other members, our staff or partners.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, events or benefits. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Swiss law (for example, liability for intent or gross negligence).
12. Availability and Amendments
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also amend these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the date above, and your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and international treaties such as the CISG. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is Zurich, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions that grant you a different forum.
