5. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function, keep you signed in, remember your preferences and help us understand how the site is used. We use the following categories:
Strictly necessary cookies - required for the website and platform to work, including keeping you logged in, securing your session, and enabling checkout and payment. These cannot be switched off. Examples: Supabase authentication/session cookies, Stripe checkout and fraud-prevention cookies, Squarespace essential cookies.
Functional cookies - remember choices you make (such as language or display preferences).
Analytics cookies - help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Set only with your consent. Example: Squarespace Analytics.
Marketing cookies - used to measure and improve our advertising. Set only with your consent. Example: Meta Pixel (only if we run advertising).
Where required, non-essential (analytics and marketing) cookies are loaded only after you consent through our cookie banner. You can accept or reject them when you first visit and change your choice at any time via your browser settings or the cookie preferences link. Some cookies are also set by the third-party services we use (such as Stripe, Squarespace, Typeform and Luma), which process data under their own privacy policies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers (e.g. Stripe, Klaviyo, Resend, Vercel, Squarespace) are based in or process data in the United States. Where data is transferred outside Switzerland or the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and recognised adequacy decisions to protect your data.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data for as long as you hold a membership and as long as necessary for the purposes described above. After your membership ends, we retain certain data to comply with legal retention obligations (e.g. accounting records are kept for 10 years under Swiss law), after which it is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
access the personal data we hold about you;
request correction of inaccurate data;
request deletion of your data;
restrict or object to certain processing;
receive your data in a portable format;
withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing).
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@sevensprings.club. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you are in the EU/EEA, your local data protection authority.
9. Data security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, encrypted password storage, access controls, and reputable, security-certified service providers.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above.
