Evelyne Oesch
Psychologist · Mental Longevity

Evelyne Oesch is a psychologist with a strong focus on prevention, stress regulation and long-term mental wellbeing.

Her interest in the connection between the nervous system, psychological health and physical wellbeing was shaped early on through her own experience with digestive and stress-related symptoms. After completing her psychology studies, she initially worked in a clinical setting, where she saw how often people seek support only once stress and emotional strain have already become significant. Today, her work focuses on helping people recognise stress earlier, strengthen emotional resilience and develop practical strategies to regulate the nervous system in everyday life.

At Seven Springs, Evelyne contributes her expertise in psychology, stress prevention and mental longevity, supporting a more holistic approach to resilience, wellbeing and healthy ageing.
