Dr. Spring Liu is a senior physician, lecturer and researcher at the University of Zurich, specialising in periodontology and dental implantology.

Her work focuses strongly on prevention, tooth preservation and the connection between oral health and overall health. In particular, she explores how oral inflammation, lifestyle factors, sex and gender differences, and quality of life may influence systemic health and healthy ageing. Alongside her clinical work, Dr. Liu is actively involved in research and education, helping to advance understanding of the role oral health plays beyond the mouth, including its relevance to inflammation, prevention and longevity medicine. Having studied, trained and worked in five countries across three continents, she brings an international and interdisciplinary perspective to clinical care and research.

At Seven Springs, Dr. Liu contributes her expertise in preventive oral health, periodontology and oral-systemic medicine, highlighting oral health as an important and often overlooked component of healthy ageing.
